Cost:
The cost of participation in the summer cohort of the group will be offered as a sliding scale rate, within the range of 20$-100$ per participant, plus GST. Participants are encouraged to pay what rate is accessible for them and/or encourages accountability.
Format and Time Commitment:
This trauma-informed workshop will be offered virtually over a 6 week period. The workshop will allow for both education and group support.
Educational modules will be released weekly, and participants will be able to respond to the material in a private, moderated discussion forum on their own time.
The group will include between 10 and 20 participants. Participants can also attend an optional Zoom session to close the group. Participants can anticipate spending approximately 2 hours per week on materials and discussion. Educational materials will be available to keep after the group has ended.
Inclusion Criteria:
This group is open to residents of Ontario and BC that are 18 years of age and up.
This group is meant to create space for people who have not been traditionally served by ADHD research or supports that have been centered around the needs of cisgender boys and men.
This group welcomes and affirms women (cisgender and transgender), transgender men and people who are 2-spirit, intersex, nonbinary, genderqueer, genderfluid or agender.
Please note that is one module of the group that will discuss the impacts of menstruation, pregnancy and menopause on ADHD. This module can be skipped by anyone to whom it does not apply.
Registration:
Once signed up, participants will be emailed to confirm their interest and schedule an intake. Intakes will be done either through secure online messaging or by video or telephone session.
FAQ:
Do I need a diagnosis of ADHD to join?
Formal diagnosis of ADHD is not required for this group. Access to diagnosis, especially in adulthood, is inaccessible to many. Your lived experience is valid.
What content will be covered?
At present, the workshop has been designed to be divided into 5 modules (Subject to slight modifications)

Will the format be accessible?
The workshop will be created to be as accessible as possible within the parameters of the group format, with options for text-based, audio and video learning. You will have the opportunity to share and discuss your accessibility needs with Holly when you register for group.
I am a current or past client of Holly’s for individual therapy. Can I still sign up for the waitlist?
Yes, as long as you meet the inclusion criteria! You will have the opportunity to discuss this piece with Holly before registration.
I’m interested in the materials, but not the group format. Can I purchase that on its own?
Yes, after the first cohort is completed and feedback has been collected, the educational materials can be purchased separately on my website. You can sign up for my Newsletter at the bottom of this page to get notified when it becomes available.
